SEATTLE (AP) – As Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks walked to the Line of Scrimmage to pass the remaining two minutes of the clock, the 15,758 fans in attendance at Lumen Field rained boos on the team. Head coach Pete Carroll loved it. After all, it was the first time fans had been able to see the Seahawks in any way at Lumen Field since the end of the 2019 regular season. All nine Seattle home games last season were played without spectators. So even good-natured boos were a welcome event for the Seahawks.
