Monster Jam is said to be one of the first full capacity events at the Golden 1 Center since the pandemic – CBS Sacramento


SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – None other than Monster Jam is set to be one of the first events this summer to welcome fans back to full capacity at the Golden 1 Center.

Organizers announced Tuesday that the long-running monster truck show will be coming to Sacramento from August 13-15.

As California and other states drop most of their COVID-19 pandemic policies, a number of events have been announced.

The weekend before the Monster Jam will be the first event that the Golden 1 Center is back to full capacity when the PBR Unleash The Beast – Wrangler Long Live Cowboys Classic swings through Sacramento.

Monster Jam organizers say fans must confirm full COVID-19 vaccination or negative test themselves when purchasing tickets.

Fans who are not fully vaccinated are also required to wear face covers, as per state and CDC guidelines.
