With a nod to its baseball roots and Mile High City, the rally hotel will open on March 25th.

A highly anticipated new hotel that celebrates the pastime of America and the history of the LoDo area in Denver opens on March 25th in the McGregor Square development in Denver. McGregor Square is located in the heart of the LoDo neighborhood in Denver between Wynkoop and Wazee and March 19th and 20th Streets.

Developed by the Sage Hospably Group and the Rockies’ owner Dick Monfort, the rally hotel is an independent lifestyle hotel named after the centuries-old baseball superstition – the rally cap – in which fans wear their caps Wear it backwards or inside out so your team can pull off a victory from behind.

The hotel has a rooftop pool and terrace with views of Coors Field and the Rocky Mountains. Located on the second floor of the hotel, the Rockies Hall of Fame offers guests a unique experience to further connect with baseball and the Colorado Rockies.

The hotel will also recognize Denver’s mile-long reputation. The eighth floor, officially at an elevation of 5,280 feet, will be known as the Mile High Floor and will feature a collection of rooms with elevated, dramatic design – including dark woods and deep purples that reflect the colors of the Rocky Mountains.

The rally has over 21,000 square meters of flexible meeting and event space with offers from boardrooms to ballrooms. The hotel also features art curated by Denver’s Nine Dot Arts, inspired by the energy, excitement, and history of LoDo. Art is shown throughout the hotel, including public spaces and guest rooms.

The hotel is an anchor for the development of McGregor Square, a complex on an entire city block near Coors Field that features restaurants, retail, and a circular square with a 110-foot LED screen that plays live sports games and other entertainment programs are broadcast.
