The Freeport Area Library is accepting donations of new and used household items, books, toys, games, puzzles, and DVDs for upcoming sales.

Donations are welcome for the Friendship Garden Food Pantry
Donations for the Pantry at Tarentum Friendship Garden can be made at the Pantry on First Avenue or the side doors of First United Presbyterian Church at 913 Lock St., Tarentum.
Items you need include cereal, tuna, bread, canned vegetables and fruits, soup, macaroni and cheese, rice, spaghetti and pasta sauce.
Lower Burrell Meals on Wheels looking for volunteers
Lower Burrell Meals on Wheels is seeking volunteers to help in the kitchen and make deliveries in Arnold, New Kensington, and Lower Burrell.
